1. For graduates of top global universities
You may be eligible for a 10-year visa if you have graduated from one of the top 100 universities in the world (as ranked by the UAE Ministry of Education). KC Overseas Education +1
- Post-release period: No more 2 years from the moment of receiving the diploma.
- Diploma level: Bachelor's, Master's or PhD.
- Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA): Not lower 3.5.
- Mandatory condition: The diploma must be officially legalized (certified) by the UAE Ministry of Education (Equivalency process).

2. For qualified specialists (Skilled Professionals)
If you are already working or planning to work in the UAE, your diploma allows you to obtain a 10-year visa, provided the following conditions are met: Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) +1
- Education: Possession of at least a bachelor's degree.
- Salary: Minimum base monthly salary from 30,000 AED (~$8,170). Please note: from 2024–2026, this threshold is higher do not turn on allowances for housing and transportation.
- Profession: Your position must be MoHRE level 1 or 2 (managers, scientists, engineers, doctors, etc.).

3. For graduates of UAE universities

- Class A: GPA from 3.5 and above.
- Class B: GPA from 3.8 and above.
