Sending a child from the UAE to a language school or summer camp in Europe involves more than a visa: schools require enrollment paperwork, consulates require minor-specific documents, and airlines have their own rules for unaccompanied minors. WHATox runs the whole file - recently we completed a Malta study application where the parental consent was drafted and attested 24 hours before the father left the UAE.
What the file includes
School enrollment and invitation (we work directly with accredited schools in Malta and across Europe), accommodation confirmation, parental consent attested by a licensed advocate (from AED 900, same day), birth certificate with certified translation letter and sponsor's financials, insurance with EUR 30,000 coverage, and the application itself. For minors, means of subsistence of about EUR 48 per day of stay must be shown on the sponsor's account.
Budget guide
A 3-week course in Malta with host-family accommodation: school costs ≈ EUR 1,650; flights EUR 400–650; insurance EUR 30–60; visa fees ≈ EUR 120; document work EUR 60–110. WHATox support is quoted per case. Teenagers 16–17 traveling alone are our routine cases, not an exception.
