How to apply after registration
An invitation is not a visa.
This is a document to support your UAE visa application.
Step by step in your Gulfood profile
- Open the Gulfood visitor portal.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile Dashboard.
- In the right menu, click APPLY FOR VISA INVITATION LETTER.
- The application form will open.
- Please fill in the required fields:
- Full name as in the passport
- Date of birth (day/month/year)
- Passport number
- Passport expiration date (day/month/year)
- Citizenship
- Country of Residence
- Please check the spelling and numbers carefully.
- Click Submit.
What to prepare in advance
- The international passport is nearby.
- Exact spelling of name as in passport.
- The correct expiration date of the passport.
- Data on citizenship and country of residence.
Common mistakes
- The name does not match the passport.
- The day and month are mixed up.
- Error in passport number.
- Insufficient validity of the passport.
What happens after sending?
- Keep an eye on your emails.
- Check "Spam" and "Promotions".
- Log in to the portal and check the status.
- Download the letter if it appears in the profile.

- Visit the Dubai Health website (Visitor Registration).
- Register and confirm your email.
- Log in Visitor Portal / My Account.
- Open Profile / Dashboard.
- Find the item Visa Invitation Letter/Visa Support.
- Fill in your passport details.
- Click Submit.
- Download the letter in Downloads / My Documents, or receive it by email.
