A clinic in Dubai requires medical records, histology reports, MRIs, and lab results in English. We translate medical documents from Russian in their entirety, line for line, in the same format as the original, and compile everything into a single PDF file accepted by private clinics and insurance companies in the UAE. A certified translation with the translator's signature is available upon request; the clinic typically doesn't require it.

What does the finished translation look like?
Each document is translated in its entirety, including tables, diagnosis codes, TNM, BI-RADS, and receptor status. Seals and signatures are described in square brackets, and a copy of the original follows the translation so the doctor can verify any numbers. The last page contains the translator's notes: if the documents differ, the doctor will see them immediately, rather than in the office.
As a result, you receive a PDF for the clinic and the same translations in Word, in both English and Russian. We don't cut or edit anything, so the doctor sees exactly what was written in Minsk, Moscow, or Almaty.
Terms and cost
Send full, readable photos of your documents via WhatsApp. We'll calculate the time: 300 AED per hour; for example, 6 pages takes about 2 hours. Ready the next business day. If urgent, same-day processing is an additional 30%. Payment by card via the Stripe link.
Accompaniment to a doctor's appointment
If necessary, we'll come with you to the clinic. An interpreter will translate conversations with the doctor and nurses, help you fill out questionnaires and consent forms, record recommendations, and forward them to you in Russian after the appointment. We're not doctors and don't give medical advice, nor do we choose the clinic or evaluate treatment—your doctor does that. Our job is to ensure you understand your doctor, and your doctor understands you.
