You must apply for a UAE residence visa for your newborn within 120 days of birth. If you fail to do so, you will have to pay a fine of AED 100 every day for exceeding the deadline. The application procedure for a UAE newborn residence visa is the same as for a family residence visa.
Can a newborn leave the UAE without a visa?
