WhatOx services are provided in the UAE. The website is designed for Russian-speaking clients located in the UAE and other countries.
What data do we receive?
When you contact us through a form on our website, by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram, we collect the data you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title (in the subscription form), and the text of your request. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide the services you requested, and send you newsletters if you've subscribed to them. We do not sell personal data.
Technical data
The website is hosted by SiteGround (servers outside of Russia—in the EU, UK, and US). Visitor statistics are provided by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google, US). Google Maps is available on the contact page. Payment for services is processed through Stripe or bank transfer: Stripe processes card data; we do not see or store it. Chats on WhatsApp and Telegram are governed by the terms and conditions of those services.
Transfer of data abroad
The website and its services operate on servers in the UK, EU, and US. By submitting your data to us, you consent to such processing.
Your rights
You can at any time request information about what data we have about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted - write to dubai@whatox.com. We retain correspondence regarding requests for no longer than necessary to work with you and for standard business records.
