A: Your residence permit must remain valid for the entire application period. If it's about to expire, we recommend first renewing your residency through the UAE Immigration Service before applying for a visa.
Q3: Is it possible to obtain a passport early while the application is being processed?
A: Yes, but this will delay your application and may result in refusal. The early passport return procedure requires an official request to the consulate and is recommended only in exceptional cases.
Q4: What are the requirements for residence documents in Poland?
A: The accommodation certificate must include:
- Your personal data
- Full residential address
- Host party details (full name, contact information, passport details/PESEL)
- Period of residence
- Signature of the receiving person

Q5: Do Russian documents need to be translated into Polish?
A: Translation is usually not required for the initial visa application. However, when applying for a residence permit in Poland, certified translations of all documents from a sworn translator will be required.

A: The chance of refusal is minimal if the documents are properly completed. If the decision is denied, the reason will be stated, and you will be able to file an appeal within the established deadline.
